This is a permanent position.

Your Tasks

  • Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll play an important role in helping with the production of concrete sleepers.
  • This will involve preparing moulds (cleaning, scraping, and applying lubricants, using a machine for assistance) for concrete pouring.
  • There will be some manual tasks such as installing shoulders, making concrete cylinders/performing slump tests, installing fittings on sleepers, cleaning – sweeping/shovelling.
  • Additionally, you will be involved in quality assurance and control processes.
  • Don't worry - full training on all fixed plant machines and support will be provided every step of the way

Your Profile

  • Reasonable level of physical fitness
  • Initiative working as a team and alone.
  • Forklift license is desired but not a requirement
