Overview

1. Purpose: Provide remote or on-site after-sales technical support to customers via email, telephone, instant messaging, etc., to solve problems encountered by overseas customers during product installation and use. For important customers, promptly collect and summarize information on batch problems and common product failures, and feedback to the Quality Department and R&D Department to promote product quality improvement.

2. On-site service is required when necessary to address user issues at the customer site.

3. Responsible for guiding and supporting the installation, monitoring, and ongoing operation and maintenance of home PV power plants by installers.

4. Customer training: deliver product and after-sales process training to installers and end users.

Responsibilities
  • Provide remote or on-site after-sales technical support via email, phone, and messaging to overseas customers.
  • Collect and summarize information on important, batch, and common product issues and coordinate with Quality and R&D for quality improvements.
  • Where needed, visit customer sites to resolve user problems.
  • Guide and support the installation, monitoring, and later operation and maintenance of home PV power plants.
  • Train installers and end users on product use and after-sales processes.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Power electronics, electrical engineering, or automation-related majors (bachelor's degree or above) preferred; experience in power industry after-sales service preferred.
  • Proficient computer and office software skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, good communication and teamwork, and strong execution of targets.
  • Proficient and fluent in English; strong customer service orientation.
  • Must have a driving license and be willing to undertake field service.
  • Core requirements: speak, read, and write English proficiently; long-term legal work permit in Australia; strong ability to analyze electronic circuits and prior after-sales experience.
  • Driving vehicle qualification required.
