The Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Backup and Storage Engineer to implement and maintain secure, high-performance storage and backup solutions across our enterprise IT environment.

In this critical role, you'll ensure business continuity by managing storage platforms, executing disaster recovery strategies, and optimizing data protection processes. You will also be responsible for capacity planning and performance tuning of our enterprise storage infrastructure.

About you
  • In-depth knowledge of backup and storage technologies including IBM, Nutanix HCI, HPE, Veeam, and virtualization technologies, with relevant certifications such as IBM, Nutanix, VMware, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience in executing disaster recovery strategies.
  • Ability to automate backup operations using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
  • Provide on-call support on a rotational basis if required.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
