About The Role

We're looking for a Digital Designer to create engaging, student-centred content that supports learning and career development. You'll work on diverse projects—from careers resources to in-class learning tools—that let your creativity and digital know-how shine. Some days you'll work from templates, other days you'll break the mould. It's a creative, hands-on role in a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and purposeful design.

This is a full time position at a HEP6, $88,691 - $96,001 per annum classification +17% superannuation, working 36.75 hours per week over a 2 year fixed term contract.

Key Duties

• Designing and maintaining digital assets and eLearning materials using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360
• Collaborating with learning designers, educators, videographers, and other professional staff to produce high-quality, sustainable content
• Managing projects day-to-day - balancing quality, timelines, and accessibility to keep resources engaging and up to date
• Communicating with stakeholders and contributing to workshops, team meetings, and collaborative planning sessions
• Maintaining systems and applying relevant policies to support smooth operations and a safe, inclusive work environment
  
  

About You

• Strong digital design skills with experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (required) and Articulate 360 (desirable)
• A creative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt between structured templates and open-ended briefs
• Experience collaborating across teams and taking ownership of design projects from concept to delivery
• Attention to accessibility, usability, and quality in all digital content
• A drive to explore new tools and creative approaches that lead to innovative, high-impact outcomes
