You'll be the go-to BA for a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, bridging the gap between frontline teams and C-suite leaders to deliver process improvements that truly make an impact.

What you'll do:

  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping & workflow optimisation
  • Partner with stakeholders from operations through to the executive level
  • Work closely with the Program Manager to deliver measurable outcomes

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years as a BA, ideally on large-scale ERP projects (Oracle Fusion experience essential)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills – from hands-on teams to executives
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Industry experience in complex, asset-intensive or large-scale operations (highly regarded)

Technical skills we're looking for:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP modules such as Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Financials, or HCM
  • Ability to work with Fusion configurations, workflows, and approval hierarchies
  • Familiarity with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and report development
  • Experience documenting functional specifications for integrations and data migration in Oracle Fusion
  • Understanding of role-based access controls and security within Fusion
  • Exposure to Fusion testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and defect resolution processes
