Volunteer opportunities at Calvary The Brelsford – Calvary The Brelsford is located in Coffs Harbour on the NSW mid-north coast. It provides quality care for approx 100 permanent residents and also offers respite accommodation. Volunteers have always played a vital part in resident care – complementing the care provided by our care staff. By volunteering you will become part of a legacy built on compassion and service. Your presence, time and kindness can brighten lives and create meaningful connections for our residents and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Companionship – friendly social visits with residents, conversations or walks
  • Lifestyle activities – board games, music, craft, art and social engagement
  • Social outings – accompanying residents on bus trips
  • Gardening – assisting residents with gardening activities
  • Meal times – assisting and supporting residents during meal times
