We're seeking an experienced Program Transition Manager to lead the end-to-end cutover and Hypercare activities for a major ERP transformation. This critical role will ensure a seamless go-live, minimise business disruption, and provide structured post-launch support to drive system stability and operational readiness.

You'll work across business, technology, and vendor teams to deliver a successful transition into BAUbacked by a clear plan, strong communication, and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities Cutover Leadership

  • Define and manage the ERP cutover strategy in collaboration with program stakeholders

  • Develop and own a detailed cutover plan, runsheet, and rehearsal framework

  • Lead all cutover activities and communications to ensure a smooth go-live

  • Minimise downtime, mitigate risk, and maintain business continuity during transition

  • Provide clear, ongoing status updates to senior stakeholders and program leadership

Hypercare Management
  • Define and execute a robust Hypercare plan to stabilise post-go-live operations

  • Coordinate cross-functional issue triage and resolution

  • Manage vendors and internal teams to close defects and change requests

  • Drive incident reporting, tracking, and resolution SLAs

  • Ensure complete handover of knowledge, documentation, and responsibilities to operational support teams

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience leading 2+ complex ERP cutovers end-to-end

  • 8+ years in transition, cutover, or Hypercare leadership roles

  • Strong background in ERP environments, ideally including HCM or Payroll systems

  • Demonstrated success managing Hypercare or warranty support phases

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination skills

  • Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving, communication, and planning capabilities

  • Highly organised, proactive, and outcomes-driven
