About the Role:
This exciting opportunity will see you working collaboratively with our Assistance frontline operations team to ensure optimal resource allocation and operational efficiency. You will analyse historical data, demand trends, and business variables to create accurate forecasts that support workforce planning, scheduling, and service level achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain forecasting models.
- Analyse trends in job distribution and resource availability.
- Collaborate with the Assistance frontline operations team.
- Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Continuously refine forecasting processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
People:
We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with others, reflecting RACQ values. As a Forecast Analyst, you will partner with Operations team leaders to align forecasts with real-time demand, communicate insights effectively to leadership teams, and work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Process:
You will utilise forecasting tools and software, ensure alignment with business KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews of forecasting accuracy, provide ad-hoc reporting and forecasting analyses, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in data analysis, workforce management, and analytics. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have experience in a customer service environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
