The Company
This is an opportunity to work for an innovative and family-values driven business which focuses on staff retention and an excellent customer experience.
They've been operating for 20+ years across the 1st and 2nd home builder space, delivering builds from $300k to $650k.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility to:
Supervise and manage the construction of single-storey homes
Allocate materials and trades to job sites
Ensure timely construction of new homes
Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
Maintain and update company systems
Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works
Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
Qualifications
2+ years experience working as a Site Supervisor residential home builder
Carpentry background held in high regard
A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple sites at one time
Benefits

A salary ranging up to $125K + super + package
