About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Consultant to support our Residential Communities and Home Building Business Unit. This role is crucial in meeting sales targets, providing leadership to the sales team, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Coordinate and participate in sales promotions, campaigns, events, and displays.
  • Provide mentorship and support to Sales Associates to ensure adherence to structured sales processes.
  • Facilitate tenders and Home Building agreements for House and Land split contract transactions.
  • Establish relationships with developers and assist in developing packages to promote SHAWOOD house sales.
  • Monitor stock management and liaise with legal representatives for contract processes.

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and strong customer focus.
  • Planning, organising, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Valid NSW Assistant Agent Licence or NSW Real Estate Licence (minimum requirement).
  • Demonstrated competence in sales principles and strong customer service focus.
  • Valid Driver's Licence.

Desirable Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in property.
  • White card certification.
