As an Account Manager, under the guidance of an experienced Sales Leader, you will manage a portfolio of residential real estate agency clients across the state. Your responsibilities will include a mix of phone and field sales to drive revenue growth, deepen customer relationships, promote new product adoption, and enhance brand loyalty to establish Domain as a valued business partner.
This close-knit South Australia team regularly socializes in the office and has experienced significant growth in revenue and accounts recently, creating momentum and enthusiasm that you will be welcomed into.
The role suits a self-starter who enjoys independence, bringing new ideas and best practices, and focusing on long-term career development, as many team members have achieved.
In a typical day, you can expect to:
- Develop close relationships with key clients through collaboration and partnership.
- Enhance client outcomes with solution-selling across Domain's product portfolio.
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle—from initial meetings and demonstrations to business case development, contract signing, and performance reporting.
- Present Domain insights at stakeholder meetings and participate in customer events and sales meetings.
- Strategize and implement initiatives for business growth.
- Support Key Accounts during busy periods as needed.
- Maintain proactive relationships, introducing new and featured products to solve client problems and support their goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service by resolving queries and operational issues efficiently.
- Provide market feedback on competitive activities, barriers, and opportunities.
- Expand knowledge to become an industry expert on real estate tech solutions.
Our Ideal Person:
ESSENTIAL:
- Proven sales experience in Real Estate or SaaS industries.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to drive sales across the territory.
- Excellent communication and a consultative approach.
- Valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle.
