About The Role

The Service Technician (Plumber) will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing Rheem products within the Sydney metropolitan area. Key duties include:

  • Responding to after-sales service calls professionally and courteously
  • Ensuring products are installed and functioning according to specifications and standards
  • Diagnosing and repairing appliances efficiently and accurately
  • Installing and commissioning appliances based on quotes
  • Attending Rheem training sessions across product ranges including Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards, and Solahart
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines for self and the public
About You

We seek a committed, motivated, energetic, and reliable individual who possesses:

  • A licensed Plumber (contractor's license)
  • Restricted Electrical license
  • Current NSW driver's license
  • Comfort with electronic communication and devices
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus
