Overview

We are seeking Casual Junior Service Delivery Technicians in Sydney, NSW to provide technical services support for businesses. The role involves working with computer servers, PC's, Laptops, Tablets, networks and communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical services by providing dispatch, logistics, workshop and service desk support
  • Manage service requests, incidents, and problems through a ticketing system
  • Coordinate deployment of technical resources to resolve support requests within specified SLA's
  • Maintain knowledge of diverse hardware and software, including network connected devices
  • Perform maintenance and repair of Printers & Scanners
  • Assist with spare parts management and logistics duties
  • Schedule and coordinate on-site and remote tasks according to service guidelines
Requirements
  • Industry accreditation and 6-18 months recent experience with IT and service desk support
  • Technical expertise in end-user technologies, including PC's, Laptops, Point of Sale, Printers, Network devices, Microsoft Windows, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience with service ticketing systems and hardware break/fix services
  • Understanding of service level agreements and ability to deliver against set criteria
  • Ability to work in a team environment assisting with multiple tasks across different time zones
  • Good understanding of logistics and inventory management techniques
  • Excellent communication and professional presentation skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong personal time management and priority setting skills
  • Rostered after-hours work will be paid as overtime
  • Driver's License and own car are essential
Working Conditions

The role requires the ability to adapt to technical requirements and solve issues effectively. After-hours work may be required and will be paid accordingly.
