About the Role:

To safely and competently carry out warranty and chargeable service to the range of Seeley International products including gas ducted heating and evaporative cooling while maintaining industry and company standards as well as a high level of customer service.

Job type: This is a full-time position.

What you'll do
  • Diagnose and repair domestic and commercial gas ducted heating, evaporative cooling and refrigerated HVAC systems with precision and care.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with every visit - Your professionalism and clean company vehicle speak volumes.
  • Maintain your van\'s inventory so you\'re always ready for the next job.
  • Use our cloud-based platform to log jobs clearly and efficiently.
  • Champion safety - Protecting yourself, your team, and our customers.
What You\'ll Bring
  • A trade qualification in Plumbing (Gasfitter), Electrical, or Refrigeration.
  • At minimum, a restricted electrical license and a valid "C class" driver's license.
  • Proven experience in HVAC servicing and customer interaction.
  • Logical problem-solving skills and a knack for diagnosing complex issues.
  • Strong communication, time management, and the ability to work independently.
