The OpportunityThe mechanical maintenance specialist plays an important role in our maintenance team with responsibility for ensuring the reliability of our production facility in Swanbank through good engineering management.
What you'll be doing
- Work with the latest, state-of-the-art equipment in our brand-new facility
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to ensure flawless operations
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep our equipment in top condition
- Collaborate with our dynamic team to establish best practices and processes
To enable you to hit the ground running, we're looking for someone is outcome focused with a positive can-do attitude as well as:
- A passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Previous maintenance experience in FMCG, beverage/food manufacturing or similar
- A proactive attitude towards learning and problem-solving
- Advanced mechanical fault finding and problem-solving skills
