We're looking for an NDIS approved (proficient or above) Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. Think of it as a mix of problem-solving, advocacy, and a bit of superhero work (minus the cape… unless you really want to wear one).

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner with SCSS, you'll deliver evidence-based clinical guidance and play a key role in transforming lives. We work with clients of all ages, all diagnoses, and all behaviours to create supportive, growth-focused environments while reducing restrictive practices.

What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)
  • Developing & implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (both interim and comprehensive), sometimes including restrictive practices.
  • Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) and crafting tailored, person-centred strategies that enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders & allied health professionals in a multidisciplinary approach (because teamwork makes the dream work).
  • Coaching & supporting families and teams, empowering them to implement behaviour strategies like pros.

What You Need to Join the Team
  • NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission suitability – registered as a proficient practitioner or above.
  • Current driver's licence – because you'll need to get places
  • Working with Children's Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be willing to obtain one).

Qualifications & Experience
  • NDIS registration as a proficient practitioner or above.

  • Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles, methodologies, NDIS, and DSA 2006 legislations.
