Overview

Join to apply for the Team Member role at Re.Group. This position is with Return-It, a wholly owned subsidiary of Re.Group, focused on recycling for the Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) in Australia. We operate at convenient locations with fully staffed depots and Express collection points.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to customers.
  • Sorting recyclable items into their correct categories.
  • Transporting items to the relevant storage area (via forklift or manual handling).
  • Welcome and assist customers with their recycling products to encourage repeat visits.
  • Cash handling.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures and highlight hazards, faults or risks.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience
  • Excel and Outlook experience
  • You have a great 'can do' attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactions
