THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a best career move for a seasoned Senior Accountant who can lead a team and train Junior and Graduate Accountants. This role necessitates an individual who can blend a deep understanding of accounting standards with impeccable financial analysis skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Directly oversee accounting functions and initiatives
  • Produce detailed financial analyses and reports
  • Forecast revenue and expenses accurately
  • Assist in budget preparation and oversight
  • Ensure precise balance sheet and ledger reconciliations
  • Deliver exceptional client service, exceeding expectations
  • Efficiently manage workflow schedules
  • Resolve account discrepancies and compliance issues promptly
  • Handle all tax filings efficiently
  • Drive development and refinement of accounting systems
  • Mentor junior and graduate accountants in accounting tasks effectively
EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree program in either accounting or finance
  • At least three years of hands-on experience in the field of accounting
  • Thorough understanding of tax regulations and accounting standards
  • Outstanding aptitude for financial analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication proficiencies
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in organization and stress handling
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Track record of successfully training and supervising staff
  • Self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and efficiently
