**ABOUT THE JOB**

**ABOUT YOU**
- Degree / qualification in a relevant field i.e. Visual Merchandising, Fashion
- Experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role i.e. Support Centre VM, Space Planner role etc
- Proven experience in a Management role, where you have successfully lead and developed a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
- Proven problem solving abilities to assess options, identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions with the Visual Merchandise remit
- Experience control budgets, with the ability to plan ahead and foresee opportunities
- Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
- Proficient ability in Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
