Role and responsibilities

This is a great opportunity for Middle School Teachers to join the dedicated staff at Trinity College. The successful applicants will have a sound knowledge of secondary schooling and the appropriate pedagogy to engage and achieve successful student outcomes. Play a vital role in the delivery of the middle school curriculum at one of our 5 Schools (7-10) North, South, Gawler River, Blakeview and Roseworthy.

Qualifications and attributes
  • Tertiary qualifications in teaching and the subjects identified
  • Registered to teach in South Australia or be eligible to obtain registration
  • Understanding of and commitment to Christian education
  • Desire and skills to participate in the school\'s pastoral care programme
  • Desire and skills to participate in the College\'s co-curricular programme
  • Ability to respond positively to the pressures of a modern classroom
  • Ability to set high standards for student learning and personal performance
  • Ability to manage administrative detail of the position
  • Effective communication with a wide range of people (verbal and written)
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
  • Knowledge of and commitment to equal opportunity and work safety
Other requirements

All teachers are expected to support the Christian ethos of the College and contribute to the Christian life of the College. All staff are required to comply with the College\'s Child Safe policy and adhere to the Child Safety Code of Conduct.
