Candidate

This newly created position is ideal for an Accounting professional who has developed a strong foundation in tax or business services and is ready to take the next step in their career.

This organisation has heavily invested in technology, systems, and process automation, allowing their team to spend less time on repetitive tasks and focus more on analytical and strategy-related advisory work. This offers a broader scope for you to accelerate your skills and expand your knowledge in the profession.

As the successful candidate, you'll be joining a well-established team and working directly with the Managing Partnership team.

The firm takes a structured approach to onboarding and training, so you'll have time to settle in and understand how the business, teams, systems and clients operate. This approach has resulted in high staff retention and has allowed the firm to increase their overall headcount by 20% in the last 18 months alone.

If you have a minimum of 4 years of experience within public practice accounting industry, we would love to hear from you.

Ideally, you will have completed CA/CPA/IPA, however, the firm is open to considering different options and experiences. Their core focus is on finding personality over technical and tertiary experience. This business has always prioritized hiring for personality and training for skill.
