About the Role

As theBusiness Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. You will focus on selling our comprehensive range of telecommunication and nurse call systems, establishing strong client relationships, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Telelink's solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in the telecommunications or healthcare technology sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM tools for managing sales pipelines.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
