Overview

Job title: Business Development Manager – Earthmoving / Access Equipment – Location: Perth, Western Australia. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent. Industry: Construction Equipment, Earthmoving, AWP.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to grow our footprint in the earthmoving and access equipment sectors. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships across contractors, rental companies, and dealer networks.

You will be representing a globally recognised brand, working with a high-quality product line, and backed by a professional, performance-driven team.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' proven sales experience in earthmoving, access equipment (AWP), or construction machinery
  • Strong B2B sales background with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Solid industry network and understanding of the market landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Only applicants with Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency will be considered
  • Industry experience is essential - applications without relevant background will not be progressed
