The Opportunity:- Support the Business Director & General Manager
- As the successful Marketing Senior Account Manager, you will manage and mentor a team of hard-working marketers to roll out national marketing, shopper, POS & activations campaigns within the beverage, retail and lifestyle industries
- Key client contact on various national client (liquor, retail & confectionary) projects
- Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of project deliverables; ensures deliverables are client-ready
- Oversee and develop all client financial billings/ monthly projections for review with the GM
- You're up-to-speed with agency processes, shopper and experiential marketing protocols
- Plus, managing and forecasting budgets
- Making informed decisions and meeting tight client deadlines
- Run key client meetings and key presentations.
- Currently living in Sydney or Melbourne
- 5+ years of agency and/or client-side experience in advertising, marketing, sales promotion or shopper marketing experience is ideal
- Previous experience using multi-touchpoint communication programs is ideal
- Knowledge and/or passion for shopper marketing & promotions
- Able to work in a fast-paced, highly creative agency
- Confident, articulate and calm under pressure
- Works well independently & also, as part of a team
- Excellent decision-making & problem-solving skills and prompt responses to changing situations
- Are ready for a new career challenge
