Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Buyer's Agent to join the My Property Guy team. In this role, you will represent clients throughout the property acquisition process, from research and inspections to negotiation and settlement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and advocate for clients throughout the property acquisition journey
  • Manage multiple client briefs and transactions simultaneously with efficiency and professionalism
  • Conduct detailed market research and suburb analysis to identify high-performing opportunities
  • Attend inspections, auctions, and private viewings on behalf of clients
  • Negotiate directly with selling agents to secure the best possible outcome
  • Maintain proactive and clear communication with clients throughout the buying process
  • Generate leads through your network, social channels, events, and other business development activities
  • Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong agent relationships
  • Utilise CRM systems to track client progress and manage tasks effectively
  • Uphold My Property Guy's core values of trust, integrity, and client-first service

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Experience in Residential Real Estate and Buyer Representation (non negotiable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of the property market
