We are hiring two Account Executives – one Junior and one Senior – to help drive new business acquisition. If you're looking for a fast-paced environment where you can develop your skills, work with high-profile clients, and accelerate your sales career, this is the place for you.
Key Responsibilities:Discovery Calls: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client needs and position solutions effectively.
Product Demos: Deliver engaging and tailored product demonstrations to showcase value and drive engagement.
Lead Engagement: Work closely with inbound leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the sales process.
Collaboration with BDRs & Marketing: Partner with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.
Consultative Selling: Engage multiple stakeholders, particularly in government and enterprise, to ensure buy-in and alignment.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM, track opportunities, and provide reliable forecasts.
Relationship Building: Develop trust and credibility with key decision-makers, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
Qualifications:Account Executive – Key CriteriaExperience:2+ years in SaaS outbound sales (SDR, BDR, or AE with prospecting responsibilities).
Discovery & Demo Skills: Strong experience in qualifying leads and presenting solutions.
Growth Mindset: Looking to step up into a closing role, with mentorship and support.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently.
Goal-Oriented: Thrives in a KPI-driven environment and hungry to learn and progress.
