An exciting opportunity (Full-time role) has arisen in the Generation team at Diamond Energy, an Energy Bay brand.

We are looking for a commercially driven Generation Accounts Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is the key relationship management role to support generation accounts throughout their lifecycle. This role also drives and supports the efficient growth of the broader generator service model to help achieve budgeted targets. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the renewable energy market, whilst providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

As a Generation Accounts Specialist with Diamond Energy, you will be responsible for:

• Developing strong relationships with generator customers and being their primary point of contact
• Proactively coordinating scheduled touch points with generators
• Ensuring the timely and successful follow up of customer enquiries / follow up actions
• Chairing regular generator account meeting forums with stakeholders across the business
• Proactively identifying growth opportunities within key generator accounts, including identifying additional services
• Undertaking ongoing reviews to enhance generator service model, customer experience and enhance process improvements relating to generator customers including onboarding/establishment processes
• Liaising with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience (i.e. B2B, customer service, billing, payments, control services etc.)
  
  

You will be successful in the role if you possess:

• At least 12 months work experience in customer service, key accounts, sales, account management or equivalent role that brings experience and skills
  
  

in positively dealing with key accounts and/or corporate customers

• Demonstrated experience in servicing energy and/or commercial type customers or portfolios
• A tertiary qualification in Engineering or Science degree is preferred
• Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Excellent communications skills with ability to communicate with key stakeholders at multiple levels
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong collaboration skills to follow through on agreed actions with internal staff and stakeholders within agreed timeframes
• Ability to work as part of a close-knit team in a dynamic and growing business with a strong interest in renewable energy
