Certis Security Australia is seeking a dynamic, outcome-driven People & Culture Business Partner, Adelaide, to lead our people and culture agenda across our operations.

The Opportunity

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you'll lead the design and delivery of HR strategies, employee engagement initiatives, industrial and employment relations matters and talent management programs across our high-performing teams. Reporting our Head of Security, you'll play a pivotal role in building a sustainable, engaged, and high-performing organisation.

You'll develop structured HR pathways, champion Certis culture and recognition initiatives, and embed scalable HR solutions that align with both Certis' values and organisational goals.

About You
  • Leadership experience in human resources, employee engagement, or talent management.
  • Proven success in managing HR programs at scale.
  • Strong background in HR frameworks, industrial/employee relations, and organisational development initiatives.
  • Experience with digital HR platforms and data-driven program evaluation.
  • Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • An enthusiastic personality that is passionate about positive engagement at all levels of an organisation.
  • Committed to supporting and growing the existing positive culture of safety, accountability, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR initiatives aligned with organisational and strategic goals.
  • Build HR pathways and structured coaching programs as they relate to employee development and engagement.
  • Drive employee relations, talent management, and recognition strategies.
  • Oversee HR, safety, and customer service training.
  • Use data to make decisions around leading change management and continuous improvement programs.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver HR excellence.
  • Drive regular HR audits and action planning for continuous improvement.
