This is not just another commercial role. It's an opportunity to be part of the delivery of one of Sydney's most significant transport infrastructure projects – a city-shaping PPP that will transform the way the city moves.

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join a high-performing team responsible for managing the contractual and commercial interfaces between the client and tier-one D&C contractors. The role sits within the project's delivery vehicle, where commercial outcomes are at the centre of ensuring the project is delivered on time, on budget and in line with equity expectations.

This is a highly visible, senior-facing role. You will be working closely with government and industry stakeholders, anticipating and managing risks, and leading negotiations on complex and often critical commercial matters. It's a chance to influence outcomes at the sharp end of a project that is dynamic, challenging and of national profile.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the commercial and contractual matters that arise during the delivery phase of a large, complex PPP.
• Anticipating and addressing risks that impact equity and delivery performance.
• Establishing, leading and resolving complex negotiations with contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Driving commercial strategies and solutions that protect project value and maintain stakeholder alignment.

About you:

• 8+ years' experience in major infrastructure or construction projects, ideally within a PPP environment.
• A background in finance, legal, engineering or commercial management with a strong contractual and commercial focus.
• Commercially astute, confident and influential, with a track record of shaping outcomes in high-stakes environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate effectively at senior levels.
