We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals for FIFO shutdown work in the mining industry.

What We're Looking For
  • Mechanical Fitters: Trade qualifications with experience in mining or heavy industry maintenance.
  • Boilermaker Welders: Trade qualifications with experience in welding, fabrication, and shutdown work.
  • Riggers: Experience with rigging, lifting operations, and securing loads safely.
  • Mechanical Trade Qualification (essential).
  • Experience in fixed plant maintenance
  • Strong diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision as required.
  • Ability to work DS/NS
  • Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset.
  • Must be physically fit and capable of handling the physical demands of the job.
  • Previous shutdown experience is highly desirable but not essential.

Essential Requirements
  • Australian Trade Certificate (Mechanical Fitter, Boilermaker Welder, or Rigger).
  • Current WA 'C' Class Driver's License.
  • National Police Clearance within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain.
  • Right to work in Australia (must have legal entitlement to work).
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
  • Rio Tinto Inductions (preferred), or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
