About the role:
As a Trainee Early Childhood Educator, you'll work alongside experienced educators to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences for children. You'll support daily care routines, help maintain safe and inclusive environments, and build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
This role is part of a 12–18 months traineeship, giving you hands on experience while you work towards a nationally recognised qualification.
About you:
You're someone who enjoys working with young children and is keen to learn. You value teamwork, respect and inclusion and are ready to take on a hands on role that supports children's growth and wellbeing.
To be successful, you will have:
- A genuine interest in working with young children and helping them learn and grow
- Willingness to follow guidance and work well as part of a team
- Friendly, respectful communication skills with children, families and colleagues
- Openness to learning new skills through structured training and on-the-job experience and commitment to work towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Paid while you earn; this traineeship pays up to $1,255.60 PW+ 12% Superannuation with cost of certification covered, mentorship and training provided in the role and release days for studying.
