Responsibilities
  • Interacting with customers to assist them with their purchases.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver a positive in-store experience.
  • Deliver in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures: assisting on the shop floor, answering phone calls, and fulfilling online orders.
  • Maintaining a high level of merchandising standards across the store.

Please note: Peak Trade Casual Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (September 2025 to February 2026) and may be required to work across multiple stores within a designated area.

Qualifications
  • Passion for home appliances and consumer electronics.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused with results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
