Our tours deliver immersive experiences that prioritise customer servise, culture, conservation, and community connection, supporting the local environment and its people.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager, located in Cairns, QLD with some work-from-home options. The General Manager will oversee the general operations of the company, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of all tours. Responsibilities include, coordinating tour schedules, maintaining high standards of customer service, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves strategic planning to promote growth and sustainability and liaising with community partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management, leadership, and staff coordination
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Financial management and budget planning experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with eco-tourism and conservation principles
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setup
- Passion for sustainability, culture, and community engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is prefered.
