- Open to: Current staff members of QUT who have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of the fixed-term appointment. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President, Chancellery Division.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and report on digital experience channels, including lead nurture, email marketing, and paid media campaigns. They will ensure best practice in paid media operations, including attribution, optimisation and tracking.

What You Need To Succeed
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to the completion of a degree in digital marketing, data science, e-commerce or marketing with at least four years subsequent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in planning digital campaigns and lead nurturing tactics to achieve campaign and university goals, including strategy development, budget allocation, and alignment with digital experience and offline channels.
- Demonstrated digital literacy and experience in using databases, CRM, and campaign or marketing automation software to target, schedule, and automate digital marketing and lead nurture campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in using data, insights, and reporting and data visualisation software such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and MS Excel, to continually improve digital campaigns and assets.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with spam, privacy and trade practices acts.
- Demonstrated ability to connect, collaborate and communicate with key client stakeholders including experience cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships across organisational boundaries, including at senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and independently to meet deadlines.
