Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement the food strategy and calendar, working with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure top-notch customer service for a great food experience.
  • Maintain high standards in food operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Build a skilled and competent food team.
  • Improve the food business by acting on customer feedback.
  • Help create and execute the business plan, aligning food with store events.
  • Manage the Swedish Food Market and restaurant.
  • Work with insights and sales data to drive changes and improvements to shopfloor and operations.
Who you are / Qualifications
  • Have a passion for food and aim for commercial success with a strategic approach.
  • Understand business well and can influence and negotiate to make the food section profitable.
  • Communicate clearly and work well with different stakeholders.
  • Experience and understanding of operation in fast paced food business.
  • Manage your time efficiently to complete projects and tasks on schedule.
  • Have experience with budgets and P&L analysis, understanding gross margin and sales.
  • Are a strong leader who can implement processes and focus on team growth.
Additional information
  • This role is Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight
  • Applications close Thursday 18th September 2025
  • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).
