An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to join a locally based developer-builder with a strong presence in Toowoomba and the wider Darling Downs. With a diverse pipeline spanning residential, commercial, and community projects, they are known for long-term relationships, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to regional growth.
About the Role- Lead the delivery of local developments from early works to completion.
- Oversee program, budget, procurement, and subcontractor management.
- Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Drive quality, safety, and sustainability outcomes across all phases.
- Demonstrated experience managing mid-to-large scale projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide site and contract administration teams.
- Well-developed communication and negotiation abilities.
- A collaborative approach, with a genuine connection to regional Queensland.
