We're opening our next intake of exceptional Personal Trainers to join our Sydney team.

What You'll Do

As a Personal Trainer at UP, you'll master your craft and be trained to an elite level to coach clients using the UP Method. You'll work with a wide range of clients who trust UP to deliver results, providing world-class personal training with measurable impact as both coach and partner in their transformation journey. This role is for trainers serious about their career, obsessed with client results, and committed to personal growth.

Hours & Salary

Hours: Full-Time (including early mornings and late evenings in the first year).

Salary: $39.04 - $50.28 per hour, approximately $56,200 annually. OTE up to $72,400.

Eligibility

U.P. does not provide Personal Trainer qualifications; applicants must already hold Cert IV Personal Training or an equivalent qualification. All applicants must have a valid right to work in Australia for at least 12 months.
