The Role
In this role, you'll guide, lead and manage a team of talented professionals, ensuring high performance, strong collaboration, and a positive team culture. You'll lead with clarity, purpose, and empathy to ensure the team workload is evenly distributed, creating an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone thrives.
Working as part of the team you'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, implement strategic recruitment plans, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. Along with the team, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from writing compelling job ads to conducting first round interviews and negotiating offer
You'll ensure the team are confident in providing advice, clarification and guidance on the ABC Enterprise Agreement (EA) and recruitment policies to ensure consistent application and interpretation of ABC's recruitment processes, and adherence to EA requirements, providing support and guidance to the team as required.
With proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role at a senior or leadership level,you'll have a passion for mentoring, coaching and supporting recruitment professionals.
You'll have extensive experience using an e-recruitment system (preferably PageUp) as well as proven success sourcing candidates. Previous experience interpreting an enterprise agreement will be highly regarded.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate is essential to the success of this role, as is outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a flexible team-based environment with a hands-on approach and work style.
