Job Description
Food and Beverage Attendant – Casual
Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, Hunter Valley
Casual Hourly Rates:
Monday – Friday: $31.19
Saturday: $37.43
Sunday: $43.66

Set among the stunning vineyards and rolling hills of the Hunter Valley, Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort offers an unforgettable experience to every guest. We're looking for Casual Food and Beverage Attendants to help deliver it. From weddings and conferences to wine tastings and relaxed meals, you'll be part of a vibrant team that brings energy, professionalism, and warmth to every service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in the restaurant, bar, room service, and events.
  • Take orders, serve food and drinks promptly, and ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all dining and service areas.
  • Assist in event setups, pack downs, and general F&B operations.
  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and RSA guidelines.
  • Handle guest enquiries with confidence and care.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • A passion for delivering memorable experiences.
