The Role

We are seeking a Senior Accessibility Test Analyst to join a dynamic team working on critical projects that make a real difference. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accessibility and usability of systems and applications, contributing to a more inclusive digital environment.

Your Duties Will Include

  • Preparing and executing accessibility test cases, scripts, and documentation.
  • Consulting with delivery teams to ensure accessibility requirements are met.
  • Assisting in the preparation of Accessibility Test Plans.
  • Conducting WCAG 2.1 analysis and executing accessibility testing phases.
  • Designing and implementing accessibility test frameworks and guidelines.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing test quality.

Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Accessibility & WCAG testing on cloud-hosted applications and CRM portal systems.
  • Proven ability to run end-to-end accessibility audits on cloud products.
  • At least 2 years of experience in medium-to-large scale systems and third-party managed test environments.
  • Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and their impact on user experience testing.
  • Significant knowledge of accessibility testing tools such as WAVE, JAWS, and Zoom Text.
