ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a confident and capable Office Administrator who is also enthusiastic about stepping into a sales support role – someone who is not only organised and tech-savvy, but also enjoys connecting with customers and helping them find the perfect camper for their adventures.

This hybrid position is based at our Head Office in Slacks Creek (Brisbane Southside) and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, with direct involvement in both the operational and customer-facing sides of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Front-line customer communication via phone, email, and in-person

Providing customers with updates throughout their camper build process

Supporting the sales team in the showroom and at tradeshows

Handling customer enquiries and guiding them through our product options

General office administration and data entry

Maintaining CRM and internal management systems

Contributing to a positive and professional office environment

Assisting with ad hoc projects and operational needs

ABOUT YOU
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

Prior experience in administration, customer service, or PA/EA roles

· A task-driven mindset with the ability to prioritise, follow processes, and see tasks through to completion

A friendly, confident manner and a customer-first attitude

Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Solid Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and tech skills

Familiarity with CRM and/or ERP systems is highly regarded

The ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently

High attention to detail and professional presentation

Willingness to learn about our product range (training provided)

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

An interest in the camping, 4WD or outdoor lifestyle industry (a plus)
