2026 Graduate Program - Data Science & Analytics

Our two-year graduate program is your chance to work on projects that matter, from building predictive models and unlocking insights to advancing AI safety and governance. You'll learn from experts, experiment with new technologies, and help bring bold ideas to life in a supportive and collaborative environment.

  • Employment Type: Permanent full-time
  • Minimum Starting Salary: $79,500 including super
  • Locations: Brisbane, Sydney

About our Program

We're recruiting into two exciting data focused streams:

  • Data Science (Technical): Work on AI and machine learning projects, predictive modelling, data engineering, and the development of tools that shape the future of our business.
    • Preferred degrees: Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
    • Skills we value: Curiosity about AI and data ethics, strong analytical and coding ability (Python a plus), and confidence engaging stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis (Non-Technical): Turn data into decisions that matter through performance reporting, claims analysis, portfolio management, and data visualisation – driving better outcomes for our customers.
    • Preferred degrees: Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Information Systems.
    • Skills we value: Problem solving, clear communication, curiosity, SQL Development, Tableau and other relevant scripting languages together with a growth mindset.

Who can apply?

  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Studying or have studied at an Australian or New Zealand university
  • Completed a minimum bachelor's degree within the last two years (2023, 2024 or 2025), or will complete prior to the program commencing
