Suncorp Graduate Program 2026 - Insurance Build your career in Insurance with Suncorp's two-year Graduate Program.
Join a broad program designed to give you end-to-end exposure to the consumer insurance value chain – from how we design and distribute products to how we service and support our customers.
Applications close: Tuesday 26 August 2025 Program Commences: Wednesday 28 January 2026 Employment Type: Permanent full-time Minimum Starting Salary: $79,500 including super Locations: Brisbane, Sydney About our Program As part of the program, you'll complete six-monthly rotations within Suncorp's Consumer Insurance business, developing a deep understanding of how we protect what matters for millions of customers.
You'll gain hands-on experience in areas such as: Claims: Learn how we support customers in their moment of need.
Distribution: Understand how we sell and service insurance products.
Portfolio & Product Management: How we design and price products and use insights and data to shape offerings and improve customer outcomes.
Elective rotation: A tailored experience based on your interests and business needs.
From day one, you'll contribute to projects that matter, building your capability and confidence while discovering where your future in insurance lies.
Who can apply?You must have: Full working rights in Australia Completed study at an Australian or New Zealand university.
Studied a minimum of bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, data/analytics, or related fields.
Completed study within the last two years (2023, 2024 or 2025) or will complete a minimum of undergraduate level study prior to the program commencing.
What you'll bring We're looking for graduates who are: Customer centric: Passionate about making a positive difference Analytical: Comfortable using data to understand and solve problems Collaborative communicators: Build strong relationships and work well in teams Adaptable and resilient: Thrive in a fast moving, transforming environment Curious learners: Ready to ask questions, embrace new technology, and grow Strong writing skills and digital awareness are a plus, as automation and AI continue to shape our operations.
