The Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Newman, WA. Reporting to the Team Leader - FIFO, this role involves maintaining Onsite assets on customer sites. You will work across our diverse product range, including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps, and more.

  1. Maintain mechanical inspection, servicing, and repairs across our product range in field (and in workshop as required)
  2. Log jobs in our service module and complete paperwork daily
  3. Monitor and record parts usage
  4. Build strong working relationships with customers
  5. Ensure all jobs and work are tracked within our systems
  6. Prioritize a safety-focused approach to your work
Key Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A mechanical trade qualification
  2. A current driver's license
  3. Solid diagnostic, fault finding, and problem-solving skills
  4. Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
  5. Ability to work unsupervised in field
  6. Capacity to participate in on-call roster
