About the Role

We are seeking a Field Service Technician, FIFO (fly-in-fly-out) based out of Perth, working a 8x6 roster in Newman, WA. The role involves maintaining assets on customer sites, including equipment like access gear, power generation, earthmoving, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical inspections, servicing, and repairs in the field and workshop as needed.
  • Log jobs in our service system and complete paperwork daily.
  • Monitor and record parts usage.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current driver's license.
  • Diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Participation in on-call roster.
