Our global team of over 5,200 dedicated mining professionals are supporting the industry to decarbonise mining operations in the accelerating green transition. Working collaboratively across borders and disciplines, you'll join a leading team working on interesting and complex projects. We are experts in our field, and we are passionate about mining.

What you'll do:

In this role, you'll contribute to the design, assessment, and operation of tailings storage facilities (TSFs) and associated infrastructure. You'll be involved across the project lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through to detailed design, construction support, and closure planning. Working closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams, you'll gain exposure to technically diverse and high-profile projects.

• Support the design and assessment of TSFs and other mine waste facilities.
• Assist in geotechnical and civil analysis, modelling, and reporting.
• Contribute to site investigations, inspections, and construction support.
• Prepare high-quality technical deliverables, including drawings, calculations, and reports.
• Collaborate with specialists in water, environmental, and mine planning disciplines.
• Develop client relationships and build your consulting skillset.

About you:

You're a proactive engineer with a solid foundation in geotechnical or tailings-related work, and a genuine interest in sustainable mining. Ideally, you will have:

• A degree in civil, geotechnical, or mining engineering (or similar)
• 3–6 years' relevant experience in tailings, geotechnical, or mine infrastructure design
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Prior consulting experience (preferred but not essential)
• Willingness to travel to site as needed
