The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for working with your team to maintain a portfolio of properties by servicing the lawns, gardens & grounds. The expected duties include:

  • Providing regular grounds maintenance services to commercial/strata buildings on a day to day basis
  • Providing mowing, whippersnipping, herbicide application, hedging, pruning, green waste removal & weeding services to commercial buildings
  • Provide ad-hoc grounds maintenance services as required to a variety of buildings
  • Be a happy face to property occupants
  • Be an advocate in reporting required maintenance issues
  • Brainstorm solutions to problems
  • Maintaining a tidy workspace

Skills & Experience
  • Horticultural/Greenkeeping/Landscaping Certificate(Preferred)
  • 1 + years gardening & mowing experience essential
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to drive a ute while towing a trailer
  • Ability to operate a smart phone & work related applications
  • Full working rights in Australia is required
  • A police check, or willing to obtain one
  • A working with childrens check, or willing to obtain one
  • Physically & Mentally fit/healthy
