The Assistant Venue Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring our venue operates seamlessly. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of day-to-day management, including overseeing staff and service standards, coordinating events, and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

- At least 2 years of experience in an Assistant Venue Manager role
- Present on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
- Create and manage an effective roster
- Able to conduct stocktakes and investigate stock loss
- Order and maintain par levels within the beverage department, food department, and venue consumables
- Train, performance manage, and motivate staff
- Communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office team
- Implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
- Hold all relevant gaming certificates
