We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead the Payneham Tavern in Adelaide, following a major renovation. As a well-rounded professional with expertise in food & beverage, gaming, and wagering, you will oversee the venue's overall operation, drive team performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate the tavern efficiently, ensuring smooth front-of-house, gaming, and back-of-house systems.
- Lead by example, foster a positive team culture, and consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
- Minimum 3 years of Venue Management experience
- Strong understanding of venue reporting and systems
- P&L management and financial analysis skills
- Experience in high-turnover customer service environments
- Demonstrated business development and strategic hospitality management expertise
- Market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area and industry
