Education/Sales consultant

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing professional academic advice for international students
  2. Communicate with education providers to follow up on students' applications
  3. Assist students' applications, enrollments, and visa applications
  4. Prepare timely and accurate advice regarding visa options
  5. Liaising with clients over the phone, in person, and via email, gathering visa documents from clients, and following up on applications
  6. Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  7. Converting leads to student enrollment

Skills and Experience:

  1. Language skills are a bonus
  2. Ability to learn quickly new systems and processes
  3. Good writing and communication skills
  4. Professional, fast, and accurate with high attention to detail
  5. Good time management skills
  6. Ability to manage and complete a variety of tasks with strict deadlines
  7. Ability to work independently without supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Inbound and outbound sales experience
  2. All applicants are currently residing in Melbourne
